Update of Divisions on several SkillGroups results in error

Hi Team
We recently encountered this issue where update to the Division association on SkillGroups resulted in error displayed in attached screenshots:

We encountered this issue when deploying the changes into DEV, PPE, TRAINING and now in PROD environments.

FYI: The PR was applying division change to 646 SkillGroups, and 149 of those SkillGroups did not get updated.

Can you please help narrow down the root cause for this error and if there is any resolution or atleast a workaround to avoid this in future.

I will have someone take a look at it.

  1. What version of the provider are you on?
  2. Did you recently upgrade your provider?
  3. Can you tell me what day you started seeing this happening?
  4. Also, do you have logs you can send PremKumar?

Sorry to ask so many questions but this will help us isolate what is going on.
