How we can use the Gest Chat API to send multimedia object (picture, video or a media player) to purecloud session? I need to use the messages method to show the multimedia object in the agent desktop but not show as a txt with object´s URL. If not possible to use the messages method else, what other method should we use? If not possible to use the Gest Chat API else, what other API should we use?
PureCloud ACD chat currently only supports plain text. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.

The guest chat APIs you can use are documented here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/webchat/guestchat.html. There is not an alternate set of APIs with different functionality.
