Use Widget 2.0 to somehow bring interaction details into focus

Agent screen pop defaults to script. Even if there is no script.

Starting a chat session with the widget code, we are pushing through context (attributes)... e.g. default email and name etc. Plus the custom data KVPs.

But the agent doesn't see them without clicking on the interaction details tab top right of the interaction/pop.

How can I use the widget (or otherwise) set this to focus so the agent can see the info?

There is no such feature/configuration at this time to put focus on a specific tab.
