Does Azure/Genesys Cloud support multiple organizations? We have 4 orgs on US West 2 and are looking to sync various groups up with each org. Our Azure tech mentioned today he was unable to create more than one enterprise application in our Azure instance. Or is one application sufficient to support multiple orgs? Documentation isn't clear about whether doing multiple orgs can work or not.
The number of enterprise apps you can install in your Azure tenant is dependent on the tenant subscription. We place no limits on it from our end. Unfortunately, each enterprise app only contains a single set of credentials, meaning each app is essentially limited to a single Genesys Cloud org. In our test instances of Azure AD, we have installed dozens of instances of the Genesys Cloud app for user provisioning/SSO, and it has worked without issue.
