USWest2 Endpoint related to Query for conversation details is getting remote server connectivity errors

Status Code 0 is received in below scenarios.

  1. Error calling PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery: An error occurred while sending the request
  2. Error calling PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery: An error occurred while sending the request.

Required details are mentioned below.
Genesys Region: USWest2(https://api.usw2.pure.cloud)

We received the same error for 18 customers since 2023-12-27 9:54 PM to 2023-12-28 2:31 PM (IST)

Please continue to work with your hosting provider to investigate the networking errors on your end. A response code of 0 means your application failed to reach Genesys Cloud at all.
