Voice bot interruption

In voice bot, I noticed that when caller interrupted the bot in the middle of Asking the Intense/Question, the bot basically cannot recognize what the caller said.

Is it a normal behavior for the bot? as in the bot can only start capturing what the caller said after the bot finished it's sentences.

Is it some thing can be configured/tuned in bot flow?
