May I know whether it is possible to implement voice interaction functionality in custom Web Chat (instead of just text)? Something like having a "chat to agent using voice" button in a Web chat and then customer can communicate with agent using voice with his/her PC's microphone / speaker.

It is an interesting idea, something we've been evaluating, but not currently available. Would be interested to better understand the use-case and user-experience you have in mind. Is it something closer to:
- Real-time audio using something like WebRTC technology? or
- Asynchronous exchange of recorded audio messages, somehow similar to experience with voice-messages on WhatsApp or iMessage?

The 1st requirement is more immediate since we want to implement something in Web chat to have a "talk to agent" button, then customers can talk to agent over voice channel using microphone / speaker of his/her PC.

As Angelo mentioned, we unfortunately don't have that capability at the moment (I mean native/built-in).
I am just sending this post to let you know that we have AppFoundry partners (3rd party Technology partners) who have integrated their Video Chat system to PureCloud (escalation from chat to Video meeting).
I understand you might only be looking for voice, but in case what they provide can be helpful to you.
