we have done the integration (About Genesys Cloud for Salesforce - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) from Genesys to Salesforce and so far everything seems to work well but when we try to get a voice transcriptions to Salesforce using this instruction Use the SDK to create voice transcript in Genesys Cloud for Salesforce - Genesys Cloud Resource Center it throws an exception.

We have already updated the package to the latest version and the url for that conversation can be found from GET/api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturl. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions!
