Web Chat Greeting Configuration

I am looking to add a custom greeting that appears when a customer opens a web chat to thank them and let them know that they are being connected to the next available agent. Currently, when the web chat is started, a default message appears stating "Chat Started".

The same goes for when a chat is ended it just states "Chat Ended". Ideally, we'd like to add a closing statement also thanking them for contacting us. I haven't been able to find a way to add this and PureCloud support has steered me to this forum.

For v2, you need to use a chat flow and use the Send Response action before sending it to queue.
