Do we have a way in which country name ,city name and device type(mob/laptop) can be displayed to an agent in a web chat or web messaging platform.
Can it be done in a certain way , by looking at the IP of the customer and achievable at Genesys end ?

Currently that would require usage of Predictive Engagement, which is currently priced per event/page-view.

just to be speciifc . the client wants to see city , country and device type for even the first time users of their chat . Is it possible using predictive engagement . If yes, could you please specify which portions of this feature help to achieve that .
