With the idea below on GA already, how can we initiate the disconnect via API without removing/wrapping up the interaction from agent's end? We tried PATCH /api/v2/conversations/messages/{conversationId} HTTP/1.1 but it removed the interaction from agent UI, is there another API we could use for this?
What functional use-case are you trying to solve?
To mimic web chat behavior where customer clicks a button to disconnect the interaction, but using a custom interface, we are also sending customer to a survey form at the end of interaction (survey form is imbedded within the web messaging popup).
Any updates please?
