Is there a way to subscribe to a specific conversation with the Guest API, if I have the conversation ID?
Use case:
we have a standalone application that the customer uses, which does not have the genesys messenger chat integrated, but we pass the conversation id in the URL, we would like to notify the agent if there are an success/error messages from the application using the guest API.
I've followed this documentation: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/websocketapi
but I'm not able to see anywhere if it's possible to send a message to a specific conversation ID.
