Hi,

We wanted to know is there way to achieve current client portal supported by authenticated web messaging is support by IDP initiated SSO SAML flow.

currently Genesys support Open Connect ID method only but client portal so we wanted to the work around and refer some documentation about this integration part.

Hi,

No, Web Messaging currently supports only OpenID framework.

I would advise you to review ideas portal and create an entry if you don't find any related existing one.
