We were using the Genesys web messaging launcher button and when using predictive engagement to present a chat offer to the customer the offer text would be located above the messaging launcher icon. We have now changed to using our own custom launcher button instead and now the predictive engagement web messaging chat offer text overlays the chat icon.
Does anyone know if there are any options to control the location of the predictive engagement offer text when using a custom launcher button?

We had previously released a new feature to configure Messenger's position, see Configure Messenger (see step 5.c), including offset from closest border. Does that help in your case?
Thanks Angelo, that did help. However is there any option available to have a separate setting that controls the location of the open chat messaging window to say have it anchored near the bottom right of the screen but have the predictive engagement chat offer pop up text location move to say the left or above the chat icon?
