Web Messaging Token

Is it possible to continue a session across subdomains? Our customers may start a conversation in our primary corporate web site and navigate to our support center, which is hosted separately. Being able to carry the same agent or bot session across our pages would be very helpful.

The token you specify to configure a session in Web Messaging is not linked to a web domain but a deployment.
You should be able to carry the same session across different domains (or sub-domains) as long as you keep the same deploymentId.
