Web Messenger does not show 2 custom payloads in sequence from DialogFlow CX

Hi Community,
inside our Org we have integrated the Web Messenger channel with a chatbot flow using Google DialogFlow CX integrations, with success.
But we have the following anomalous behaviour:
inside a "turn of the conversation" between customer and bot, we put a custom payload "Carousel" on a Page and then another custom payload "Quick Reply", on a Page following the previous one.
What we get at runtime is that neither custom payload appears on the Messenger.
How can we solve this?

Thanks to anyone who can help us.

Regards,
Marco

Hello Marco,

In general, I think there may be a bug where differing content types like a card or carousel followed by a set of quick replies does not get sent to the Web Messenger correctly. If that situation is fixed, would you expect the end user to be replying to the set of quick replies or any of the buttons on the carousel? Do any of the buttons on your carousel support Postback, or are they all links?

Thanks,
Dave Siukola

Hi Dave,
we also think that there is maybe a bug in the rendering phase on the Web Messenger. For our use case, the Carousel only shows links, so we don't expect a choice from the user, which instead we would like to propose to them through a subsequent Quick Reply.

Thanks,
Marco

@Markuz can you share some screenshot to help understanding?
