Hi, is there are way to get the conversation Id when a web messenger conversation is initiated to send it to the website.
We would want to send the conversation Id back to the website end to capture this information.
ConversationId is not exposed to Messenger and Guest API. What use-case are you trying to solve?
The widget currently sits on an application form, and we would like to pass the conversation ID as part of the session into their CRM record.
Got it. You could achieve this correlation via Architect / Data-Action integration into CRM APIs, probably recommended approach, to remove dependency from Messenger client.
