Web service Data Action with restricted Access

Hi,
I have created Webservice Data Action in PureCloud and it is working as expected with Public Webservice endpoint. As we will be passing PI data over the web service to Pure Cloud, we want to restrict Endpoint via IP and allow only PureCloud IP so that only Pure Cloud could hit the endpoint.
Please let me know if there is any range of IPs that PureCloud uses to hit Endpoint.

Data Actions could connect using any of Amazon Web Services' IP addresses documented at


The specific information is in "IP Addresses" in the "Domains and IP Addresses" section.

One note, PureCloud in general, and Data Actions specifically, run out of a limited number of regions. So the AWS IP address would be limited to the region that you are using. Here is a list of regions that PureCloud is deployed to:

The account that you are using is for the North America deployment, so Data Actions would be running from the US-East-1 AWS Region (which will significantly narrow down the list of possible IP addresses).
