WebChat v2 - maximum size of the UserData

Hi,

Anyone knows what is the maximum size allowed of the Chat's UserData?

I am looking for the maximum allowed to send the visitor journey to Webchat v2. Meaning the visitor clicks different pages, then all the pages' title will be recorded and send as UserData to Genesys WebChat.

Hi,

Does anyone know this information?

I need to know it urgently for a potential customer request.

I will create an additional custom field (maybe context.journey), the customer webpage's javascript will send the customer journey on their webpage to Genesys Chat, so that it will display on the agent script. Thus, I need to discuss the Genesys Chat's UserData limitation with the customer.

May someone advice me ASAP.

Also, any limitation on how many fields can be created?

Alternatively, if the size is limited, I plan to have multiple fields to handle the journey captured.
