WebChatService 'error' API Event, where can I find the error codes?

We are using the WebChatService to create a custom plugin and we are capturing the 'error' event.

Where can I find a list of available error codes? What are the properties of the error object?

We also found in our logs a "PluginLoadTimeout" error but we cannot find any documentation around it. Is it coming from the webChatService?
