We would like to invoke and initiate the web messenger widget from the mobile application. Do we have any specific steps on how to do this.
Do we have any SDK for web messenger that support reactJS platform based mobile applications?If yes, request you to provide.Do we have any SDK that will help us for deploying the web messenger deployment code for mobile application and perform any customizations.
Hi @manyamraja25 we do support Mobile Apps:
- We have already GA released a "headless" Mobile Transport SDK available to all mobile platform, based on Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile: this is essentially a wrapper around our Web Messaging Guest API. - We also have a Beta release for our upcoming Mobile Messenger SDK, which does include our native UI, with customization done via Admin (same as for Web Messenger) > https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messenger-mobile-sdk/
