WebRTC Error - Failing to authenticate

Hi,

I am trying to invoke WebRTC softphone in the iFrame. Sometimes it authenticates fine and I am able to use the softphone functionality while most of the time it is failing to authenticate. Can someone tell me why it authenticates successfully sometimes and is failing to authenticate some other times.

If you capture the correlation-id from the failed attempts Care will be able to look into the issue for you.

Thanks for your reply. It was a machine issue, when we deployed the code on another machine the error stopped occurring.
