What NLU version does Genesys use?

I had heard previously Genesys NLU used Google. Do they still? if so do you know which version they are using?

Genesys NLU doesn't use Google, it uses Genesys own in-house AI technology. You maybe confusing the NLU with the STT or ASR which is using Google by default for English and Microsoft for non english languages.
