What scenarios will result in multiple mediaURI entities?

Hi,

When using the GCloud .Net SDK, the RecordingAPI function called GetConversationRecordings, it returns a List for a given conversation id and for each recording there can be multiple MediaURIs.

Can someone clarify under what scenarios a given conversation will result in multiple media URIS?

From what I understand there are at least the below but are there any more scenarios ?

  • If the call gets transferred between divisions
  • If you have Dual Channel recording activated in the External Trunk Configuration
