HI, i working as software developer, few day earlier i start project that contain two main part, first of all user can upload merchant list file and insert data into database, then based on some conditions that user clarify before it's my turn that order these user into two part sending them sms or called with them with Gensys cloud voice call service . i develop all of my project except integration with Gensys cloud, really i have no idea where should i begin? i'm looking some sample project that explain but nothing found in GitHub, then i try to read their documentation but it make me more confused, of course i found some project that integrate Gensys cloud in frontend and make me thinks that is it better to integrate Gensys cloud in frontend or not? i have to add that just i want to called their apis. can any one tell me where should i begin and what should i do ? event if interduce me any kind of open source project that i understand what should i do, it's biggest help?
