Widgets: Variable in Localization

Hello,

Is it possible to declare a variable in localization file? Like in Callback localization file (Documentation:GWC:WidgetsAPI:CallbackLocalization:Current - Genesys Documentation)?
Basically, our customer would like to have a message like this:

' Your call-back = booked in :facepunch: You’ll get a call from‘[NUMBER]’ on [DATE] at [TIME].'

Number- number for different Line of Business like +1-xxxxxxx or +1-678xxxxxx or +1-777-xxxxx
Date and Time are current date and time.
