Active and Removed Skills

Been trying to build some comparative analytics on the end results of bullseye routing.

I consistently see calls that go in with a set of requested skills and resolve with both Active Skills and Removed Skills NULL.

I am not clear what that means happened.

Normally when you have no active skills your entire requested set is in the Removed Skills list, or if no skills were removed your entire Requested skill list is in your active list.

So what does it mean when;

  1. Requested Skill and Active Skill differ but nothing is in Removed Skills
  2. Requested skills are present but there are no Active or Removed Skills

And both cases are on queues using bullseye routing that behave as expected "most" of the time.
