Summary: New remote, provider, and flowOutType dimensions, new tShortAbandon metric
Impact: We are adding new dimensions and a new metric.

  • remote: This dimension describes the remote party (e.g. a name, email address, or phone number)
  • provider: The source provider for the communication (e.g. "PureCloud Email")
  • flowOutType: The type of a flow out out of a queue (e.g. "voicemail" if transferring to voicemail).
  • tShortAbandon: Subset of tAbandon with a duration under the short abandon threshold
