Call logs missing from Interaction

Hello folks,

According to the interaction report, the call logs from 19:08 to 23:59 on 4/21 seemed to be missing when it was checked on 4/24, but when it was checked again on 4/25, the missing data seemed to be confirmed.

Any reason for this ?
