CallBacks: looking for parameters

Hi team,

I need your help.
From the callback api, what are the parameters that resemble or return the following values:

  • Total callback records
  • Dialing of calls made
  • Calls answered by the bot
  • Calls answered by the agent
  • List of contacts that are useful and those that are not useful.
  • Average time it takes to contact an agent
