Dashboard for our Web messaging

Hi everyone,

I create this topic because we currently test Web messaging on our website, we would like to create a dashboard from this.

We created a dashboard for call conversation on google sheet with a google script and Genesys API, when I look for equivalent APIs for Web messaging I can't find anything.

In this dashboard we would to show how many Web messaging is waiting / live and how many web messaging offered / accept by our users.

Does anyone know how can I create this?

Are you using GC Public APIs for your current call conversation dashboard?
You should be able to use same set of APIs and just filter mediaType: Web Messaging is part of all other Messaging channels, but if you have dedicated Queue for Web Messaging, you should still be able to filter.
Will move this thread to Analytics to get more domain experts involved.
