The integration Agent Assist with Google Cloud in Appfoundry will no longer be installable, but can be activated/deactivated until removal.

Google has remained in a Limited Availability status for two years and has not expanded their agent assist offering globally. Genesys now has our native agent assist offer which is global and has additional capabilities. For these reasons we are not investing time or effort to continue Google Agent Assist as a product.
Change Impact
There are no users using this product in production but only for testing; we will work to direct all clients testing the solution to our 90 day free trial of the native solution in Appfoundry
For those clients that still want to work with Google, the Expert Apps team within Genesys will be working to develop this and make it available.
