Hello everyone.
Reviewing the metrics of my service I notice that in some cases, if I look for the call made to one of our customers filtering by DNIS, it does not show the total of calls actually made.
If I use the sessionDNIS filter, it does show all the dials.
In principle I am aware that a DNIS can change in the sessionDNIS attributes if for example, there was a transfer, but this is not the case.
Can anyone tell me why this happens?
