Discrepancies in startTime and endTime between recordingmetadata and GetCallConversations

Hello,

we found that there are some discrepancies in startTime and endTime between recordingmetadata and the Analytics API (such as Get Call Conversations where the type is 'interact').
The difference is only in milliseconds, but our customer wants to match the timestamps exactly.

We recently opened a support ticket and our case owner advised to post our inquiry here.

Why does the start Time and end Time intermittently does not match in milliseconds?
It normally does, but sometimes there's some discrepancy.

As I understand it different microservices are doing the different observations so minor skew is considered entirely possible an reasonable.
