Enable search interactions by Topic

Hi

I hope this is in the correct category. I am trying to enable the Search Integrations Feature so I can search by Topic.

These are the docs I am referring to Enabling the Interactions Search view (genesys.com)

Which says I need to do this

However, where do I do that?

The Genesys Cloud Developer Forum is meant for questions related to development and customization for the Genesys Cloud solution.

Your question appears to relate to the Genesys Engage On-Premises solution or to the Genesys Engage Cloud Platform (known as Genesys MultiCloud CX solution).
I would suggest that you post your question on the Genesys Multicloud Community forum or on the Genesys Engage On-Premises Community forum.

Genesys Cloud solution (i.e. the solution we are discussing in this forum) is different from the Genesys Engage On-Premises solution and the Genesys MultiCloud CX solution.
