Error with exporting interactions?

Over a year now I have had auto exports for data, same data everytime.
Recently the data about queue and talk times comes out differently, it no longer comes out in minutes and seconds but numeric values.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have uploaded examples of it showing correct in purecloud, and an example of the error when exporting it to PDF or Excel.
