As far as I know you just have to wait for them to expire to get you below the 1500 limit.
Generally if you reached 1500 you're probably using export for something you should be using the analytics query APIs for instead, as the API explorer warns and they have no sympathy for you.
This API creates a reporting export but the desired way to export analytics data is to use the analytics query APIs instead
