In one org we have around 1700 external contacts, and we would need to export the full list. Now, the API call GET /api/v2/externalcontacts/contacts only allows to get up to 1000 of them.
How could we do this export?

At this time, this endpoint only supports fetching up to 1000 external contacts. However, we do plan to add bulk API endpoints to support your use case in the near future. Please vote and/or subscribe to this idea in our Ideas Portal to follow progress and updates. Thank you!
If you need to get this information sooner than before we make the bulk APIs available, you could use the search/sorting options in the API to get all 1700 contacts.
