Genesys API - Changed Data Capture

Hi,

We're creating a pipeline to import data in to our EDW from Genesys cloud. For conversations, I use post_analytics_conversations_details_query with an interval to pull new / updated conversations.

However, it seems that "interval" doesn't take into consideration any updates to the conversation post it ending. From a business / operational perspective, updates do occur i.e evaluations etc are done later etc.

With the current method (conversations interval being based on start time?) any updates to conversations will not get detected.

Can you please let me know if there is an alternate call or a workaround to this ?
