IDEA: Null / NOT_SET / Empty String handling

Hey all -
In a spirit of community and collaboration, and for those of us who have worked around some of these problems for years, I've created a new idea to fix/standardize the handling of variables returned from Genesys tools that later cause flow failures in other Genesys tools.

I think we're at the point of maturity we should be able to have some common and consistent expectations.
