Hi all, I would just like to confirm if there is a way to configure Reusable Menus wherein a prompt will play when a caller enters a wrong menu choice/did not enter anything instead of just looping back straight to the menu's main prompt? Traditionally we'll be using Decision/Switch actions within a Reusable Task to make this possible, and from what we have experienced the Event Handling setting does not actually handle these kinds of invalid user input events.
We're hoping this is possible as to not recreate our existing menus as tasks in order for this to work.
