The GET sessions by externalContactId endpoint,` /journey/externalcontacts/{externalContactId}/sessions,
which is in preview, will now be removed from service.
Its replacement, /externalcontacts/contacts/{contactId}/journey/sessions, has been available since the release of Single Customer View in October 2022.

Change Impact
The majority of customers are using this endpoint for the journey tab on Predictive Engagement. All customers using Single Customer View should ensure they have the External Contacts > Session View permission on for their agents.
Customers using the API for other use cases should switch to the new endpoint /externalcontacts/contacts/{contactId}/journey/sessions.
