Summary: The connectUri returned by the notification channel POST API will contain a new DNS endpoint for websocket connections.
Context: The connectUri currently includes a URL to carrier-pigeon.{region}.mypurecloud. This will change to streaming.mypurecloud. Consumers of the channel API will also notice a max channel increase from 5 to 10.
Impact: This change should not affect any customers that allow all PureCloud subdomains. Since PureCloud only supports network configurations that allow all PureCloud subdomains, this is not considered a breaking change. If you are still whitelisting subdomains on your network, you will need to add the streaming subdomain or risk failing to connect to the notification service.
