Description
On August 3rd, we released Outbound Digital Rules in Genesys Cloud. This release included three new system-generated columns on the contact list export. Those columns are named
ContactableByVoice
ContactableBySms
ContactableByEmail
Since this release, we have learned that the introduction of these new columns have impacted customers who have automation running to write campaign results back to a database. Customers impacted are those who are mapping data by position rather than by column name.
To remedy this problem, we want to give these customers more time to update their automation to account for these new columns. For this reason, we will remove these three system-generated columns by default. We will re-introduce these columns in 90 days.
Important: If you have already updated your automation to account for these new columns or you simply want to keep them, please contact your CSM, who can contact the product owner to have them enabled in your org.
Going forward, we will use this forum to provide advance notice of new system-generated columns being released with a new feature.
