I have been working on integrating the Microsoft Power Virtual Agent. I have faced errors here and there but now I have the bot connected to architect and there are no errors as well. However, when attempting to use the web messenger, there is no output from the bot. The messenger just shows my responses. The instructions were fairly vague with the setup portion of architect. Can someone provide further insight on this?
My PVA bot has been tested separately and it works fine. Furthermore, I have fully published the bot and inbound message flow and confirmed the configuration is setup properly.
Hi Dante, I see you raised similar question in the Genesys Cloud Integrations room, which seems better suited: the observed behaviour should be independent from the type of messaging channel.
The same behavior you observe should happen across the other Messaging channels as well (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, ...) I don't see a strong dependency with Web Messaging. So better to investigate with Integrations/Architect team.
