Query related to Service Level Formula for conversations of Orgs.
As the Service Level Formula is configurable and not static formula.
Is there any endpoint to get the information based on Org.

The global configurations are in the undocumented and unsupported GET /api/v2/analytics/reporting/settings/insights

The include fields can be used to determine the calculation the native reporting is using.

Could you please provide the UI Navigation in Genesys Cloud and Screenshots because I work only with data and not familiar with UI
