We're trying to calculate the report flow destination(performance > workspace) by API with endpoint /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query/, but we can't to get exactly the number than in the report.
¿Could you tell us, What're the rules or filter to calculate this report?
¿Do We need to use the parameter direction = inbound for example?
¿Do we need to use another endpoint?
