Hello all, Is it possible to create a timer associated with Secure Pause so that if Secure Pause is enabled, the system automatically disables it after a set amount of time so that recording resumes? We might need to have our agents use Secure Pause as a fall back method for pausing recording when taking PCI information but the business wants to manage risk associated with agents forgetting and leaving the recording paused.
Our agents use the Salesforce/Genesys managed package and don't currently use Genesys scripts.
