SSL connectivity issues

Happy new year everyone,
I am failing to see clear explanations from Genesys Support when recently facing multiple errors The SSL connection could not be established when calling PostAnalyticsUsersDetailsQuery and Error calling GetUsers especially seeing that the rationale is that not many customers are affected.
The fact is that this is happening on AWS Frankfurt at night time and is a temporary issue and our process is also running on AWS. So unlikely many customers would notice it or would open a case for it unless they run a process calling these APIs over night.
Anyone else facing this issue?
I have read the following thread so hoping no one pastes it as a response to this issue as it doesn't help resolving the issue.
