There will be a brief outage for the developer.genesys.cloud domain as we introduce the new Dev Center .

We've been revamping the Dev Center over the past few months to give it a facelift and have reorganized the site's content to be structured by category instead of by product and content type. Now, API docs, articles, guides (the content formerly known as Tutorials), and other content are grouped together by the category of their content.

Change Impact

The new Dev Center deployment will begin on 3/29/2022 at 9pm EDT. There will be a brief outage for the developer.genesys.cloud domain during the DNS migration. DNS propagation across the internet can be unpredictable; some users may experience downtime for up to several hours while their DNS caches clear and refresh.
